Powerboats Glasgow

Our City Sightseer tour runs daily and lasts approximately one hour. From our base at the Science Centre we travel swiftly up the river Clyde to the City of Glasgow College. As we cruise back down the river as far as the Govan Shipyards we provide detailed information about the city’s history, infrastructure, economy and culture.

Viewing the city from the comfort of our fast and exciting powerboat is a unique and thrilling experience. Don’t worry, we want you to have a fantastic time and ensure every passenger is safe, comfortable and enjoys the trip. We’ve had passengers aged 2 to 92 and they’ve all had a great time.

Private Charters

Our excursions are run as private charters. You book the whole boat to yourself, whether you are going solo or as a group of 10. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

The best way to get the most out of your trip in an ocean is to order our Private Charter Package. This means you will have the boat only for your group (no other people on board) and you can really decide where to go.

The once in a lifetime event you have always dreamed about can become a reality if you choose to cruise on board any of our luxury yachts. With us you can be sure your wedding will be everything you have ever dreamed.

We have numerous power boats that are perfect for hosting corporate events. You may prefer a smaller powerboat for team-building charters, or you may wish to hire a bigger boat for events.

See Glasgow and further afield from the comfort of our exhilarating powerboat. Get a unique view of the City from the beautiful river Clyde.

Do you travel in bad weather?

Scotland’s weather is unpredictable so we generally continue our trips as planned unless it is torrential rain. We provide insulated waterproofs but you can always re-schedule free of charge.

Do you carry children?

Yes, and we have special life jackets for them.

Can you carry disabled persons?

As long as you can board the vessel from the pontoon. This requires you to take two small steps onto the boat and our skippers always offer a hand for safety.

What is your refunds policy?

We’re happy to refund you the full value of your tickets if we cannot travel or re-scheduling is not suitable.

I'm not confident on boats, is it scary?

Our tours and excursions are completely safe and every seat – with the exception of the two front ones – has handles to hold onto.

The river Clyde is generally very calm and it is generally comfortable travelling at any speed.

Our tours and excursions are designed to offer a mix of a relaxing journey with a bit of thrill now and again. So, in short, no it’s not scary…it’s actually a lot of fun!
